Terms of Reservation

1. Who you are contracting with

Reservations are requested from MUSIC 4 MEMORIES LTD, registered at 32A Storrs Hill Road, Ossett, England WF5 0DL (“we”, “us”).

2. What a reservation is

Submitting the online form creates a reservation request, not an automatic confirmed performance contract. We will review availability and contact you to confirm details, fees, and any written agreement required for your event.

3. Accuracy of information

You must provide accurate contact and event information. We may decline or cancel a request that appears fraudulent, abusive, or incomplete.

4. Reservation key

You will receive a unique reservation key. Keep it safe. It is used to look up your request. Sharing the key may allow others to view your booking status.

5. Fees & payment

Prices are agreed separately (by quote or written confirmation). This website does not take card payments for performances unless expressly stated on a future checkout page.

6. Cancellations & changes

Contact us as soon as possible to change or cancel a request. Confirmed bookings may be subject to separate cancellation terms set out in your confirmation.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the form (including automated spam, scraping, or attempts to access other customers’ data).

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from an unconfirmed reservation request submitted online.

9. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Safety notice.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
